For Unused Items Purchased Direct:

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase made directly through www.BrownBoyhood.com, we will gladly provide merchandise credit, or give you a refund promptly (within 30 days) after receiving your unused product in its original packaging along with the completed return form with order number.  Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, unless the product is defective (see below).

Handling fees will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit amount based on the item's full retail price.

 

* Handling fee includes return shipping label and restocking fee.

* Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.  

* Personalized items may not be returned (unless defective).

Unused Goods Return Instructions:

1. Email support@brownboyhood.com with "Unused Goods Returns" in the subject line to request refund or merchandise credit.  Please include your order number and reason for return in the email. Upon approval, Melanites will email you a return shipping label for your item.  

 

2. Complete and print a Unused Goods Returns Form.

 

3. Securely pack your product in its original shipping box, or in a sturdy cardboard box of the same dimensions.  Be sure to include the return form inside the box.

 

4. Print and attach provided shipping label to the box and drop off at your local shipping location. Please make note of the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of you return.  

 

5. Upon receipt of your returned product we will send you a confirmation email to ensure you that the return is being processed as requested.*

 

Refund/merchandise credit will only be given if the product is returned unused in its original packaging.

 

For Defective Items:

If the item you wish to return is defective and purchased directly through www.BrownBoyhood.com, please follow the below instructions for a replacement, refund, or merchandise credit.  Be sure to include your order number and explanation of defect in the email. 

 

If the item was damaged in shipping, please refuse the delivery if it is apparent when you receive the box.  If you have already accepted delivery but discover the contents to be damaged, please call the shipping company immediately (the information will be on the box).  Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away!

Refund, exchange or merchandise credit are subject to confirmation of defect.

 

* Melanites will not deduct or charge handling fees for items being exchanged due to manufacturer defects.
